Our Fees

Expert Report Fees

At Simply Social Work, we aim to provide the best quality service for a reasonable fee.  We are transparent with our fees, and most reports have a fixed fee, so you know exactly what you are paying when you instruct us.  All of our fees are subject to VAT at the standard rate and reasonable travel expenses.

With the exception of SEND Tribunal reports, our fixed fees include up to 40 pages of reading.  If, at any stage of our instruction, more than 40 pages of reading is required, this will incur additional fees at the agreed hourly rate.  Our typical hourly rate is £150 plus VAT unless Legal Aid Agency rates have been agreed prior to instruction.
