Michelle Cooper

Operations Director

Michelle is the newest member of the team and brings with her significant experiences working with hundreds of different clients in both the private and public sector.

Michelle’s career began in recruitment over 25 years ago. Starting out in a call centre interviewing Cabin Crew and Pilots for British Airways, she quickly rose through the ranks to become a client Director for the likes of Natwest, Direct Line and Royal Bank of Scotland.

Over the following years, Michelle worked alongside senior business leaders to review and create their recruitment processes and align business objectives with staffing needs. High volume operational delivery was centre to the success of her work with businesses such as Network Rail, The Ministry of Justice, HSBC and Aviva to name a few.

Throughout her career Michelle has been exposed to and worked with multiple departments within organisations and brings with her a breadth of experience to draw from to support Simply Social Work’s Directors with every aspect of operational delivery and growth.

In her spare time Michelle loves walking in the countryside with her Whippets, gardening, reading and being creative, (adult paint by numbers is her current favourite.)
